Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your
purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your
order.
To be eligible, returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and
accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume
bottles cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original
payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.
